The teaching of the Erg and more specifically the Multidisciplinary Workshop is differentiated by the interdisciplinary and transdisciplinary approach guaranteed by the crossing of students from different orientations and teachers with diverse sensibilities and skills. The development of personal projects is at the heart of this pedagogy. Research, experimentation, time, discussion, risk-taking, detours, doubts, involvement and motivation are an integral part of the teaching process. This allows each participant to build up his or her own work method and reflection over time. The multidisciplinary workshop allows students to mobilise the different practices linked to the internal orientations and internships, but also the practices developed within the workshops, seminars, guest lectures or those developed outside the school. The final form is not premeditated but will depend on the project itself. The student may produce a series of images, an edition, an installation, a video, a performance, an object, sound, a text etc. The student will be able to produce a series of images, an edition, an installation, a video, a performance, an object, a sound, a text, etc. Without being a "specialist", the student will be confronted with the porosity of contemporary artistic practices and will make them interact in the service of a content. The references proposed in the AP Media will be transversal, they will be as much linked to graphic design, typography and digital practices as to art, painting, installation, performance, sculpture, design, architecture, video, cinema, narration, drawing, literature etc.

The work of this workshop therefore raises questions of meaning and image structure, they introduce typography, layout, the text/image relationship, supports, materials, tools and gestures through devious means. The objective is to discover the challenges of visual language by experimenting with specific approaches and personalized working methods. To develop the notions of point of view and meaning. To exploit different mediums, to experience one's affinities in order to be able to make appropriate choices according to the projects. To learn to consider each job as an opportunity for additional experience without expecting a specific result. To get rid of his preconceptions and to sharpen his curiosity. To understand its mode of operation, its strengths, its assets, to develop the singularity of its work and its knowledge within individual and collective projects.

Questioning the meaning and structure of images, they introduce typography, layout, the diversity of supports, materials, tools and gestures, means and spaces of demonstrations. The student learns to question what drives him in his research. To gradually develop projects, the content and form of which he determines outside of any specifically determined orientation. This multidisciplinarity is also stimulated by a collective project, in which they are invited to take an active part, to share their know-how and knowledge, to collaborate.
This workshop will raise questions pertaining to the meaning and structure of images, serving as an introduction to typography, layout, text/image relations, supports, materials, tools and gestures through indirect approaches. The aim is to make the students be able to confront the stakes of media through by discovering personalized approaches and working methods.

This workshop continues the introduction to the graphic vocabulary initiated in Bachelor 1 and connects this vocabulary to a given thematic, while engaging in a contemporary mode of communication and practice.

The development of the personal project is the objective of this pedagogy and continues in future years. Research, experimentation, time, discussion, detours, doubts, involvement, motivation are an integral part of the educational process. This allows the student to build himself, to construct a working method and a singular reflection.

From all-out exploration and short Bac1 exercises, attention in Bac 2 is paid to content and time management. Projects are longer and require more commitment.

The workshop will invite the student to get involved in a reflection induced by a proposed theme. This proposal contains constraints and a different path, i.e. marked exercises. The graphic form is not premeditated but will depend on the project itself. The student will be able to produce an edition, an installation, a video, a series of images, a performance, an object, sound, a text, etc. Without being a "specialist", the student summons his different practices in the service of a statement, a reflection, a content. In order to open the perspectives of reflections and practices, the references proposed in the workshop will be transversal, they will be linked as much to graphics, typography and digital practices as to art, painting, installation, performance, sculpture, design, architecture, video, cinema, storytelling, drawing, illustration, literature etc.

Making use an array of propositions, this course seeks to consolidate the personal research of the students, who are invited to define their own constraints, their limits, and to delineate their practice. In a written assignment, they will describe and analyze the development and evolution of their practice after three years of secondary studies.

The student, on the strength of his/her prior knowledge, develops an autonomous personal practice with the tools of his choice. The workshop aims to support these unique practices.

The course, thanks to a progressive methodology, pushes to the affirmation of a personal research, the student then defining his/her own constraints, his/her limits and the territory of his practice.
