Are you an erg student who has witnessed or been the victim of racist, sexist, homophobic, transphobic, validist or classist attitudes or comments? If you want to talk about it, you can contact the listening unit.

The "cellule d'écoute" is a group within the erg that offers a sympathetic ear to people who feel attacked or discriminated against because they belong to one or more social groups. It's a first line of communication for talking about problems, violence or discrimination, without being confronted with judgment or negative dominant reactions.

The "cellule d'écoute" brings together people from the erg (teachers, administrative staff and students) trained in active listening, who can listen to what you have to say and your experience, and guide you, if necessary, towards the appropriate care or support structures, or towards other internal mechanisms.
