Seeing, learning to see, awakening students to the perception of color (the eye as a tool). Understand through experience the notions specific to color, read colors, name them, translate them, mix them, manipulate, distribute, experiment, awaken to the sensation of color. Thinking about the colored palette according to a singular context. The course also addresses different contemporary artistic contexts that place color at the heart of concerns: several artists will be presented for their artistic commitment to a singular context of society, territory, ecology, history, ... and the impact of it on the field of color.

The course is envisaged as a workshop, a laboratory where the student discovers color through experimentation.
