Eleanor Ivory Weber is a writer and artist living in Brussels. Since 2018 she teaches art theory and critical practice at Erg (École de recherche graphique–école supérieure des arts), and is co-director of the literary press Divided Publishing.

Ivory Weber holds a Master in Political Philosophy and Theory from Université Libre de Bruxelles, a Post-Master from a.pass (advanced performance and scenography studies) in Brussels, and a BA with First Class Honours in Art History & Theory from the University of Sydney. She is the 2022 recipient of the Flanders State of the Arts—Residency Unlimited artistic residency in New York City. Since 2024 she is a PhD candidate at the Royal Institute of Theatre, Cinema and Sound (RITCS), Brussels.

Her writing has been published in periodicals such as Afterall, frieze, How to Sleep Faster, How To Become, Jacket2, Meanjin, SALT., Starship, and for catalogues published by Museum Abteiberg, Bâtard Festival, Kunstverein Nürnberg and the Art Gallery of New South Wales.

Her texts and performance works have been presented at Astrid Noacks Atelier, Copenhagen; C.C.C. Gallery, Copenhagen; Wiels, Grand Casino Knokke; Woonhuis De Ateliers, Amsterdam; Établissement d’en face, Brussels; Haus am Waldsee, Berlin; Alma Sarif, Brussels; Kunstverein München, Munich; Kunsthal Gent, Ghent; Damien & The Love Guru, Brussels; SB34, Brussels; ISELP, Brussels; Buenos Tiempos, Int., Brussels; and M.I/mi1glissé, Berlin.
