Maria Nadotti: bell hooks, John Berger and how gaze is political
This speech is part of a series of guest lectures, in the frame of the workshops “Animation as contre-champ” facilitated by Francesca Cogni.
Maria Nadotti is a journalist, essayist and translator. Beside being the translator of the works of John Berger and bell hooks in Italian, she was a friend of both oh them, framing her work on the texts in a long series of conversations and collaborations during many years.
